Grok Bot now on Android

xAI's Grok Bot app is live on Google Play. Elon amplified the @bot launch post. The product is framed as AI teammates that keep working after you close the app.

Grok Bot shipped on Android on Sept 2. The official @bot account posted that the app is available, with a short demo video. Elon quoted the post: "Grok @Bot now on Android!"

The Play Store listing (package ai.x.grok.bot) describes the product as AI teammates you can give real work to. The pitch is agents that log into tools, run tasks, and keep going after you close the app. That matches the desktop and plugin direction xAI has been pushing: not a chat box only, but a worker you assign.

This sits next to last week's Microsoft plugins (Outlook, Calendar, OneDrive) and the earlier SuperGrok / Cursor Pro access notes. Android is the missing mass-market client for people who live on phones rather than desktop Grok or X.

What is confirmed from the primary posts: Android availability, Elon's amplify, and the Play Store package id. What is not confirmed in those posts: feature parity with iOS or web, regional Play Store rollout completeness, or any new model version tied only to the Android build.

Confirmed - @bot: Grok Bot is now available on Android (Sept 2) - Elon: "Grok @Bot now on Android!" - Play Store package: ai.x.grok.bot

Not confirmed - Full feature parity vs other Grok Bot surfaces - Pricing or SuperGrok gating details unique to Android

What to watch: whether Android Grok Bot picks up the same plugin and tool hooks as the web/desktop path, and whether xAI posts install or usage numbers after the first week.
